Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support the FP&A Consolidation Manager in delivering in-depth financial review and analysis for all North American operations. The role offers a holistic understanding of the business unit's end-to-end operations and provides deep analytical experience in assessing the impact on financial statements.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
• General understanding of financial statements and foundational accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate information and provide data-driven solutions
• Ability to work effectively within a finance team and cross-functionally with other departments
