Job Description
This Quality Engineer role focuses on introducing and managing the quality of a new product series, ensuring high standards are met, and maintaining customer satisfaction through a zero-defect approach. It involves implementing quality standards, performing audits, and supporting customer requirements. The position offers the opportunity to lead from the beginning of a new project.
Requirements
- High school/vocational technical education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field
- Experience in quality engineering (2–3 years of practical experience preferred)
- Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proactive approach and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
