The Service Technician will independently perform installation, maintenance and repair work, troubleshoot and repair cooling equipment, and be responsible for administration and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair cooling equipment at customer sites
- Inspect and maintain cooling equipment
- Report structural problems or recurring faults to the customer and/or resolve them in collaboration with a technical specialist
- Active involvement in customer problems in consultation with an experienced colleague
- Co-conduct customer discussions regarding calamities and provide support to customer expectations
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction through contact with the customer (trust and image) and seeking solutions
- Close cooperation in the region with experienced colleagues, Team Leader Field Operations, and Technical Specialist
- Act in accordance with CCR guidelines
