Job Description
Carrum is a rapidly growing healthcare tech company transforming how healthcare is paid for, delivered, and experienced. They are seeking a Director, Patient Care to lead, scale, and evolve their Care Navigation and Clinical teams, ensuring world-class care for patient support. The role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in patient operations, care coordination, or healthcare service delivery.
- 5-8 years of leadership experience managing leaders of leaders and clinical or multidisciplinary teams.
- Clinical licensure (RN or other relevant) is strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical grounding and strategic thinking skills.
- Data-driven approach to improve patient experience and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
