At Carrum, we are transforming how we pay for, deliver and experience healthcare. We're looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Sales to join our growing business development team and support our expansion efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing revenue-generating opportunities and client expansion in the self-insured employer market.
Requirements
- 10+ years sales and leadership experience with a proven track record of success
- Extensive experience selling into self-insured employer groups, either directly or through channel partners (brokers and benefits consultants)
- Knowledge of health care benefits, the healthcare industry and employee benefits; background in a health plan, benefits consulting or management consulting
- Experience selling health technologies, medical insurance, employee benefits, SaaS or consulting solutions in the employer market, targeting all levels of organizations with a focus on CFO, HR or benefits professionals
- Demonstrated ability in developing and successfully carrying out sales and marketing strategy (e.g., customer segmentation, sales process and organization design, and performance management)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding customer focus and professionalism to clarify and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
