Assistant Manager, Sales

In this role, you will support the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets, develop consultative relationships with customers, and provide leadership to the Sales team. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to achieve development, sales, and profitability goals, and evaluating customer experience to build loyalty.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in management, business development, or sales in a leading e-commerce, automotive, or retail company
• 3+ years of experience in leading sales teams in a dynamic environment
• A strong track record of scaling and structuring full-scope sales organizations
• Experience in dealing with external partners and B2C customers at all levels
• A commercial mindset with excellent communication and sales skills
