Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing sub-contractors, ensuring quality of work meets company regulations, and managing all aspects of a project's life cycle. This role involves site work, relationship building with the team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. It's critical to establish and maintain professional working relationships to maintain a safe, profitable, and timely project.
Requirements
- Prior project management experience in the construction environment
- Ability to read blueprints, architectural and other construction drawings
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and handle high pressure situations
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
