Yard Supervisor

We are seeking a Yard Supervisor to manage employees, provide customer service, and oversee yard operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves hiring, communicating, and disciplining employees, assisting customers with material selection and loading, and maintaining inventory and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service, preferably in a lumber yard
• Dispatch experience is a plus
• Ability to direct and train others effectively
• Familiarity with building materials
• Ability to be an effective team member and leader
• Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
