Job Description
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER for Casa di Francesco, a BRAND NEW affordable/ Tax Credit housing community conveniently located in Seffner near Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and I-75.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with affordable programs preferred
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents)
