Job Description
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PROPERTY MANAGER to oversee operations at a high rise apartment community in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service
- Prior property management experience
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Experience with affordable housing a plus
- An analytical mind to evaluate challenges and recommend an appropriate course of action
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents)
