The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience leading design within commercial environments, expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio that blends design craft with strategic clarity and business relevance.

Requirements

• Lead and define the creative and strategic vision for Commercial Design
• Drive the development of a scalable library of assets for Product Marketing
• Own design delivery for high-value commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates and guidelines
• Mentor and inspire a small, high-performing design team
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Leadership teams
