Requirements
- Assist with vendor coordination, including tracking orders, scheduling vendor services, and updating stakeholders as needed.
- Support the procurement process by submitting purchase requests, monitoring inventory levels, and helping with hardware replacements or new equipment orders.
- Help document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the team knowledge base to support future issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor activity, contracts, and service performance within tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SIGMA.
- Process and manage assigned tickets and work orders, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Monitor vendor service performance and report basic observations or issues to senior team members for review.
- Promote positive communication and collaboration within the team, demonstrating company values in daily interactions.
- Support hardware repair logistics with external vendors, ensuring timely shipment, receipt, and tracking.
