Payroll Clerk

This Payroll Clerk role reports to the Controller and is responsible for preparing, processing, and producing payroll in a manual environment. The role involves gathering and processing data entry, reconciling hours, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accurate and timely benefit enrollment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience desired
• Experience manually entering payroll is a plus
• Experience, knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding payroll
• Advanced knowledge in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
