Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager to own Casa's operations and growth in Los Angeles. You'll build the local team, run day-to-day field operations, and prove the unit economics that unlock our next five markets.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience in operations – marketplaces, consulting, logistics, finance, hospitality, facilities management, or similar environments
