Job Description
TerraTherm is seeking a Boiler Operator to operate and maintain thermal remediation equipment at a site in Gardner, Massachusetts. The role involves leading teams, ensuring system safety, and complying with environmental regulations. This position requires collaboration with project management, engineering, and site management teams, and focus on both operational efficiencies and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of boiler operation experience
- 4-6 years in process equipment operations
- Familiarity with related trades like drilling, earthwork, pipefitting, and electrical systems
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Pass a pre-employment medical examination
