Diesel Technician Lead- 2nd shift- $5000 sign on bonus for qualified applicants

The Lead Diesel Technician performs major mechanical repairs and leads a team of technicians to ensure proper performance and safety of vehicles and equipment. The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and hold a valid CDL Class B with an air brake endorsement.

Requirements

• Schedules and implements a preventative Maintenance program for all vehicles and equipment
• Directs and trains technicians to ensure all jobs are done with safety as a top priority
• Guarantees complete and accurate documentation of vehicle repair and maintenance history
• Performs regular and ongoing operational analysis to maximize utilization of company resources
