Helper

The Helper performs duties and operations to assist driver’s complete customer routes with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all health and safety protocols. The role involves loading and emptying containers, maneuvering them to complete service, and assisting drivers with backing maneuvers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Physically able to lift 50lbs. constantly throughout the day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding relationship management skills
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Proven work ethic and commitment to safety
