Job Description
CastleOak Securities, a premier investment bank, is seeking a Director or Managing Director with a strong focus on equity sales and trading. The role involves advising institutional clients on algorithmic strategies, liquidity sourcing, and global market execution. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the U.S. equity market structure and international trading protocols.
Requirements
- 5+ years of equity trading or electronic sales trading experience
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through electronic trading client coverage
- In-depth expertise in U.S. equity market structure and global trading protocols
- Strong sales skills with a history of institutional client acquisition and retention
- Familiarity with industry-leading EMS/OMS platforms and algorithmic providers
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 required, Series 55 & 24 a plus
