Bookkeeper

This part-time or full-time bookkeeping or accounting position offers a blend of stable work and flexible hours for experienced individuals. The role involves assisting with journal entries, fund accounting, A/P, financial statement updates, and transaction reconciliation within a growing non-profit organization. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients via phone, Zoom, and written correspondence.

Requirements

• At least 3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• At least 1 year non-profit accounting experience (mandatory)
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero preferred)
• Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail oriented
• Quick learner
• Effective communicator via phone, video, and in writing
• Proactive in asking questions
