Job Description
Castlery is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the daily operations of a Brisbane showroom, ensuring customer experience and driving sales. The role involves managing inventory, team performance, and collaborating with marketing and other teams to deliver an O2O experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ leadership experience in retail, ideally in furniture or home goods
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset and passion for creating meaningful experiences
- Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using tech in retail operations
