Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4-7 years of experience in business analysis related to system implementation, configuration, and application development
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements discovery and workflow definition sessions with clients and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in SQL Server and a foundational understanding of Windows development techniques and Microsoft development environments
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience gathering and interpreting information from business users
- Experience creating workflow and design documentation using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ability to complete Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) training and pass a secondary FBI Level background check
