Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis related to system implementation, configuration, and application development
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements discovery and workflow definition sessions with clients and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in SQL Server and a foundational understanding of Windows development techniques and Microsoft development environments
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience gathering and interpreting information from business users
• Experience creating workflow and design documentation using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to complete Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) training and pass a secondary FBI Level background check
