Catalis is a leading provider of government SaaS and payments solutions for municipal governments in Canada, focused on improving efficiency and citizen engagement. They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, diagnose issues, and deliver exceptional customer service, leveraging Microsoft ERP software and municipal tax systems. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement of tools.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and municipal tax laws.
- 3+ years’ experience with ERP software.
- Experience working with Municipal tax systems and accounting principles.
- Rural municipal knowledge (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Support call center experience
- Strong customer support skills
- Attention to detail
