Head of Finance Operations, FP&A (f/x/m)

As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and providing financial insights to the Senior Management Team. You will oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the company's success and scale-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounting, in biotech or pharma
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting and reporting
• Strong understanding of German GAAP (HGB) and U.S. GAAP, including VAT and sales/use tax
• Execution-driven, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written skills; good level of German
