Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
- Hands-on experience implementing or significantly upgrading warehouse automation or WMS capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control, labor productivity, and warehouse standard work
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and reset expectations with an hourly workforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with practical execution
- Clear, direct communication style and the ability to influence across levels
