Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide training, education, and ongoing support to a select customer base with Catapult's athlete tracking hardware and software solutions in APAC. The role will also work closely with regional teams to support existing clients, maximize return on investment, and drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Effective communication skills
• Account management experience with a large customer base
• Previous experience working in elite sporting environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science or other related fields
