Compliance Lead

At Catawiki, we're looking for a Compliance Lead to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and adhere to internal policies. This is a highly impactful role that combines compliance strategy, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support Catawiki’s growth and success.

Requirements

• Develop and implement Catawiki’s company-wide compliance program
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments
• Conduct regulatory & compliance risk assessments
• Create, review, and enforce policies related to key compliance themes
• Develop and deliver employee training programs
• Act as a strategic partner to management, employees, and other departments
• Represent the company in administrative or law enforcement audits, investigations, or litigation
• Monitor compliance KPIs and performance metrics
