wellbeing Practitioner

Catch22 is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to join their Personal Wellbeing service in the Thames Valley area. The successful candidate will support adult male ex-offenders in developing strategies to manage emotions and accessing appropriate support. The role involves working in partnership with delivery partners and promoting and delivering services to achieve required outputs and outcomes.

Requirements

• Driving License and access to a vehicle
• Good basic education, including Maths and English GCSE, or equivalent
• Evidence of continual professional development
• Experience working with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
