Job Description
Catchpoint Professional Services is seeking a Scripting Specialist to act as a backbone for setting up monitors in customer environments, maintaining the effectiveness of scripting strategies, and engaging directly with clients. This role offers opportunities for growth and collaboration, and has seen individuals transition to product management roles.
Requirements
- Experience in automation testing (QA) using Playwright
- Experience in front end development/testing using JavaScript
- Experience in using REST and SOAP APIs
- Excellent conceptualization and communication skills
- Great listening skills and customer focused
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good problem-solving capabilities
