Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to oversee the technical direction and operations of our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep expertise across frontend and backend technologies, passionate about innovation, performance optimization, and building systems that scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading development teams in full-stack environments.
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend platforms (Node.js, NestJS, Prisma/TypeORM, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, Redis, Cloudflare, AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of system design, caching strategies, scalability, and cloud-based architectures.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
