Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver is seeking an Overnight Resident Life Supervisor to create and implement training for Shelter/Safety Associates. This role involves maintaining program data, managing staff schedules, and ensuring consistent service delivery in a mission-driven environment. The supervisor will also focus on program development, crisis resolution, and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in crisis situations.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of computers.
- Express excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and willingness to shift priorities.
