Direct Support Professional (Weekend) F

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.

Requirements

• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Support people in preparing meals of their choice and maintaining a clean and comfortable kitchen environment
• Be patient and respectful in action and speaking
• Advocate for each person’s rights and help build their confidence and sense of self
• Keep clear, respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support
