Housing Specialist-Anna's House

Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Anna’s House, is currently seeking a Housing Specialist to manage leasing services for clients in rental units and ensure quality housing and services are provided to residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
• 2 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and writing with all levels of individuals
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed and be accessible by phone
• Requires the ability to utilize computer systems and software necessary to perform position functions
