Operations Supervisor-IG Center

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the Intergenerational Center, a state-of-the-art facility providing various programs and services for people of all ages. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of the facility, supervising staff and volunteers, and fostering collaboration across employees and volunteers.

Requirements

• Address critical building issues and resolve staff, client, and volunteer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a working knowledge of all client services provided to ensure accurate guidance coordination and operational support
• Collaborate with the Program Director on operational planning, security needs, and vendor procurement
• Develop, implement, and enforce facility policies and procedures to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations
• Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, volunteers, and facility assets through active oversight and adherence to protocols
• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance
• Oversee inventory and donation management, including receiving, tracking, and distribution and proper documentation
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet operational requirements
