Job Description
Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Supportive Housing Specialist to provide support to clients and assist case managers. Requirements
- Complete client intakes and develop Preliminary Plans of Service.
- Conduct house meetings and participate in shift change meetings.
