Job Description
Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System is seeking a Full Time Case Manager for its ICMS - Essex program in Newark, NJ. The Case Manager will provide linkage and referral services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and complete biopsychosocial assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health discipline
- 1-2 years of related experience and a valid Driver's License
- Preferred experience includes one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Portuguese, English/Creole preferred but not required
