Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Full Time Case Manager for its Outpatient Department in Union City, NJ. The Case Manager will provide case management and support to OPD clients, facilitate PC groups, and maintain collateral contacts with family members and providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
