Job Description
Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is seeking a Full Time Clinician for their Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) program. The program focuses on providing in vivo case management to adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use, aiming to maximize client independence through personalized services and collaboration. The role involves coordinating services, maintaining accountability, supervising team members, and delivering clinical supervision.
Requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in health care or the psychiatric field
- Valid driver's license
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to delegate tasks, work collaboratively with program manager and complete tasks in a timely manner
