Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Full Time Case Worker for its Newark Airport Outreach program. The role involves overseeing outreach interventions with homeless individuals, conducting client screenings, and facilitating referrals to shelters. The caseworker will assist clients in obtaining confidence to support their housing assistance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Two years of college level study (special work, psychology, or related field), OR 3 years experience working with a similar client population.
- 2 years of experience working with the homeless or similar client population.
- Ability to transport client when necessary.
