Housing | Case Navigator

Catholic Charities is looking for a Case Navigator to coordinate referral services and provide input on complex cases. The role involves assessing families and individuals for strengths and barriers, referring them to appropriate housing and rental assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation of case management services.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or related field
• One year of experience in working with homeless populations
• One year of experience in case management, in supportive housing or homelessness services
• Valid Texas Driver's License
