Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer performs interior and exterior property maintenance functions, including upkeep of building exterior and parking areas, cleaning and maintenance for interior of building.
Requirements
- Perform general maintenance of interior of the building facility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Coordinate of maintenance with program managers to minimize disruption of service delivery
