Job Description
Catholic Hospice Inc. is seeking a Registered Field Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in their home environment. The role involves assessment, plan development, care delivery, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position focuses on patient-centered care, discharge planning, and ensuring safe and appropriate services are provided.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Clear and Active Registered Nurse license to practice in Florida
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Hospice nursing experience preferred
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred, required within two years of employment
