Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in a visiting and intermittent setting, adhering to agency policies and regulations. They assist patients in achieving optimal health outcomes, facilitating communication, and coordinating services to ensure quality care and protect both patient and staff. This role requires continuous assessment, discharge planning, and maintaining infection control practices.
Requirements

- Complete assessments and participate in Case Conference.
