Automation Manager

Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security! Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. We are looking for an experienced Automation Manager to join the Cato team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering or automation management role, owning teams, delivery, and quality outcomes.
• Proven experience working in security and/or networking domains, ideally within companies delivering large-scale, b2b products.
• Strong background in test automation for complex, multi-layered products, with the ability to guide and review technical solutions.
• Proven experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience defining and scaling automation strategies for SaaS or multi-tenant cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing lifecycles, and production readiness processes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern service-based architectures.
• Background in networking and/or security domains – strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational alignment skills.
• Highly motivated, structured thinker with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
• BSc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
