Head of Growth

Causaly is looking for a Head of Growth to lead the company's expansion beyond enterprise pharma into academia, small and mid-sized biotech, and other research-driven environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a growth model, operating cadence, and metrics, and will work with the engineering team to ship new hooks quickly and compound learnings at high velocity.

Requirements

• 5-6 years experience in growth/product-led roles
• Proven track record of PLG growth, ownership of activation/retention/conversion outcomes
• Strong experimentation DNA and bias to shipping
• Lifecyle + retention strength
• Monetization experience: packaging/pricing/paywalls/credits (or equivalent) with disciplined learning
• Highly analytical, fluent in funnels/cohorts and comfortable owning instrumentation + KPIs
• Builder / founder mentality, thrives in 0→1 ambiguity, high autonomy, and end-to-end accountability
• AI-native operator, comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate growth execution
