We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Go-To-Market team, partnering with Account Executives, Strategic Client Partners and Scientific Solutions Consultants to help prospective clients understand how Causaly’s technology can integrate into their data ecosystems and accelerate their R&D.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Pharmacology, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or solutions consulting in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics workflows, with AI/ML aptitude and interest in how these technologies transform life sciences research.
- Knowledge of pharma or biotech R&D processes, such as target discovery, biomarker identification, mechanism of action, or translational research.
- Familiarity with data platforms, AI/NLP tools, and knowledge graphs (nice to have but not essential).
- Comfortable with APIs, data interoperability, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex technical and scientific ideas for both scientific and IT audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver customer value.
