Financial Analyst

CountryPlace Mortgage is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This in-person role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to advance their analytical skills in a high-impact environment.

Requirements

• Manage investor closings and administer servicing requirements
• Prepare and review Key Performance reports
• Develop and automate recurring financial, operational, and investor reports
• Operate Rate Lock Desk and perform loan pricing and investor updates
• Reconcile cash and payables for investors
• Administer loan repurchases and transfers
• Prepare reports for state audits and regulatory requests
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects
