Cavo Tagoo is a unique 5-star luxury hotel in Santorini looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate will prepare authentic Italian pizza with emphasis on quality, taste, and aesthetic presentation, and collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for menu development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position in a fine dining or luxury environment
• Excellent knowledge of dough techniques, fermentation, and baking in a wood-fired oven or stone oven
• Creativity, teamwork spirit, and professionalism
• Good knowledge of English
