Job Description
Caxton Associates, a global trading and investment firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their London office. The role involves working closely with global teams and external clients, supporting the Legal & Compliance team. The position reports to the General Counsel and is focused on managing fund cycles.
Requirements
- Proven track record through a fund cycle.
- Negotiation of material fund contracts (IMAs, SLAs, etc.)
- Drafting and negotiating trading agreements.
- Assisting with corporate and governance matters.
- Liaising with fund boards, service providers, and advisors.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
