Job Description
Caxton Associates is seeking experienced Portfolio Managers to manage capital and implement investment strategies. The role emphasizes collaborative work within a research-driven environment, generating alpha and contributing to a global strategy. Managers will independently manage capital allocation, assess risk, and collaborate with a team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in portfolio management with a Sharpe Ratio greater than 1.5.
- 5+ years of experience managing capital, preferably within a hedge fund.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative global team.
- Strong commitment to ethics and integrity.
