Job Description
Caylent is a cloud-native services company helping organizations leverage AWS to bring their people and technology to the best. They are seeking a Director of AI/ML Practice Leader to lead a team focused on delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions on AWS. The role involves strategic leadership, technical innovation, and operational excellence, building partnerships with AWS and scaling the practice. It demands someone who can bridge consulting and technical aspects of ML operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting/professional services experience with at least 5 years leading AI/ML or data practices.
- Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise-scale ML solutions using AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, EMR, etc.).
- Experience with practice P&L management, offering development, and AWS co-sell motions.
- Experience with data processing and distributed compute frameworks (Pandas, Polars, DASK, Ray).
- Experience with generative AI, model fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and deployment on AWS-native and open-source stacks.
